Argus has attorney/timekeeper maintenance screens that mimic the client entry screens, To access these screens select the attorney view from the pull down menu or select the attorney view icon.
Basic Tab
Attorney Id: Select an Id to identify this timekeeper. You have up to 12 characters, however, it's very typical to make up the timekeeper code by using the initials of the person's name.
Last Name: Last name of the timekeeper.
Middle Initial: Middle initial of the timekeeper.
First Name: First name of the timekeeper.
Misc. Information: Any miscellaneous information.
The address screen is identical to the client (or vendor) address screen.
Timekeeper Code: This selects the category of the timekeeper.
Hourly Cost: This is used to calculate the profitability of a timekeeper and is the direct hourly cost of the employee, excluding overhead.
