 I'm lucky enough to live in Robbinsdale near 13 Moons, and work in St. Paul near the Signature Cafe. They both offer very similar, "I can't believe I'm getting this food in this neighborhood." vibes, although Signature is much smaller. And you can't miss the desserts at Signature, Nathalie (eat there once, and you'll feel like you're one of her friends) makes them all herself, and they're incredible.
