D.A. Writes:

B watch what you say about that chef-she may have peddled back from market- likely it was in stilettos-noble/futile? I'd like to hear more. Lucky for you it was Josephine Baker- had it been my day you would have heard T.G. and the literary check would have likely been Celine. Before you dismiss us entirely you might read or re- read Olney or Point. Ask me about the wine list I dare you.

A responds:

Thank you for setting B straight.

B responds:

With friends like A who needs enemies? I wrote what I thought was a fair and friendly review. Not entirely sure what D.A.'s note means. If it's a play on peddled versus pedaled then point taken and my bottom has been metaphorically paddled.

I am glad that I missed the musical offerings from the mysterious "T.G.". I don't think I want to be reminded of Céline (Louis-Ferdinand Destouches), notable Nazi collaborator, anti-Semite and a Vichy supporter. Perhaps D.A. was thinking of Céline Dion's tour diary..? Perish the thought.
