I enjoy the candid and insightful reviews. I'm sure you guys are having fun too. Keep it up! Although on the Chiang Mai Thai  review, I like to consider them to be a happy hour hang out place instead of a cuisine restaurant. I'm there religiously every Friday with my "wings of fire and crispy tofu" (with my Summit). Those two are consistently good... proven by 3 kids from the far east (Hong Kong, Indonesia, and the Philippines). Take care and have fun!
