Whenever I read your columns I am reminded of how Saturday Night Live used to start in the 90s. They would have someone famous talking about something unrelated and suddenly they'd turn around and yell: "And now live from New York. It's Saturday Night Live!"

I always scan your opening to see how "The Lunch" is worked in.
